Ann Taylor white/ black fully lined stretchy skirt

This is a brand new Ann Taylor black and white stretchy, hidden elastic waist band skirt. I love the way this is designed it shows a flat front and a flat back but in fact there is a hidden elastic waist band and the fabric and the lining are both stretchy so that it can hug your curves and look amazing. Nice soft medium to heavy weight fabric that hangs beautifully. I had this clipped in the back to fit my manni so it is truly not that small. See photos for measurements, brand new never worn.
