Ann Taylor slacks

Black and white somewhat thick fabric. Back pocket slats, more for looks. Upon inspecting the pants I found a few snags close to the bottom of the leg. I did not want to snip those and fix them I want to leave it up to the buyer but it does not interfere with the function of the slacks.
