loveorluxe Hi! I just got notice that you’re sending me a Consignor bag today. Please cancel it. I am not even home right now and won’t be for another week. I have no way of seeing the bag in the app in order to cancel it (it’s not showing up).

loveorluxe No idea why Posh thought this was a good idea to simply let people know a bag is on the way. I didn’t request one or indicate anything about my availability or bandwidth to receive it.

loveorluxe @debbieg21 yes! I am downtown. I randomly received an app notification that a bag was on its way between 2-3pm. No notice at all checking with my availability and if I’m home. When I go into the app under My Consignment Bags, nothing shows up - just a notification that I’ll be matched soon. Nothing about being matched or that items are on the way, no tracking, etc. Seems really unorganized and I don’t want your items sitting outside for multiple days.
