This Ann Taylor button up long sleeve blouse is all black and semi sheer with a velour material ( Burnout look ). **See close up picture of my hand on the inside** It has kind of a Whimsigoth look to it. The material is 29% Silk and 71% Rayon. The NON sheer, velour material is floral. The sleeves button at the cuffs. It also buttons up the front and has a collar.
