Nice Ann Taylor long sleeve tiger stripe popover blouse. Henley style placket. I think the stripes might actually be very dark navy and not black. There are a few small, light marks at the hem on the back - these may come out with washing. It also has a pull near the neck in the back which is also barely noticeable. Size 12. Measurements: Bust 21.5” Length 28”
