Jacket has shoulder pads and it does have 3 hook & eye closure on the front. It is Lined. No stretch. Armpit to armpit: 17” Measurements are done laid flat Length: 20” Skirt has a Back Zipper with a small snap closure and also a hook & Eye closure.
