From Ann Taylor, a gorgeous sapphire blue cocktail dress in smooth silk. - Halter neckline - Wrap silhouette - Twist front detail with empire waist band - Pleated front for movement and camouflage - Knee length - Sheer ribbon trimmed hem - Side zipper - Lined Bust: 15" Length: 13.75" Waist: 38.5" This is brand new with tags; never worn; It's been hanging in my closet and I never had the chance to wear it before outgrowing it! I did notice a few 'spots' while taking pictures. Due to the delicateness of the fabric, I do not want to try and wipe/remove, but I am confident they should come out with dry-cleaning given how this dress has been cared for.
