The rust skirt with elastic waste is made by Russty Dussty. it is a full tiered skirt that is 100% polyester has lace on the edges handkerchief hems. Is very playful. Selling together with this brand new Ann Taylor medium petite top. Is very shimmery with gold sparkly threads woven within. The top is a petite size but is very long, it might’ve been designed to be a dress but I am not certain. I think this is a very cute outfit together as it is hard to find this rust color.
