Ann Taylor Navy and White Polka Dot Collared V-Neck Dress Size 14. Buttons in front with hidden zipper on side. Cotton, nylon blend dress. Very soft and lightweight. Please note, there are belt loops, but no belt came with dress. I didn't remove loops as someone else might have a thin belt they'd prefer to wear with dress.
