Beautiful Ivory and black embroidered Ann Taylor Loft cocktail dress. The dress has skinny straps that can also be tucked in to make it strapless. There are 3 layers, top embroidered, with thin crinoline as the 2nd and nylon lining. There are a few small stains as shown in pic the 2 with the measuring tape are on the top layer bottom front and bottom back of the dress. The others are on the base lining at the bottom.
