Ann Taylor Loft Womens Semi Sheer Blouse Small Blue Notched V-Neck Partial Button Front Long Sleeve Pintuck Simple yet very classy blouse by Ann Taylor Loft in a navy / dark steel blue. It is made from a lightweight chiffon-like fabric that drapes beautifully and is slightly sheer. This blouse features a notched neckline, functional 1/2 button front and subtle pintuck details at the shoulders and cuffs. The long sleeves have buttoned cuffs with a small keyhole opening. This blouse has been laundered and came out nearly wrinkle-free without ironing. On close inspection under bright lights, I saw a faint hint of color fade/rub at the back elbows (see photo). It is very subtle but wanted to be sure to point out. Still a very wearable and versatile piece for both the office and casual styling.
