This listing is for a lovely size XS popover tunic length blouse from Ann Taylor Loft. The blouse is slightly oversized and is black and done in a circle or polka dot type print, with circles that are white striped for a pretty accent. The sleeves are long and the blouse has a V at the neckline with two wide and long fabric ties at the center for a scarf like accent.
