Ann Taylor Loft Sleeveless Dress NWOT Size L

I bought this last summer at a Loft Outlet, and never got around to wearing it, I only tried it on but took the tags off intending to wear it. Color is Navy blue with tiny white dots. Fabric is 95% Rayon + 5% Spandex and has good stretch. Length is 36", I am 5'-5.5" tall and this hits right at the bottom of my knee. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
