This 100% Polyester blouse is so pretty with a double ruffle framing the v neckline, three quarter length sleeves with elastic at the hem and a loose blouson fit to the elastic hemline. The approximate flat-lay measurements are; armpit to armpit 18 1/2", shoulder to hemline 24", and sleeve length 17". Care instructions are machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low.
