Ann Taylor LOFT Navy Blouse

This blouse has 3/4 length sleeves and is made out of a soft cotton material. It has a small pattern on it that looks like small hearts (see photo). It has a slightly high-low cut but not drastic- this can also be seen in the photos. 17” length 19” pit to pit It is made to be a little loose so it is an XS but if you like your shirts tighter it can definitely fit a S or M. Comes from a smoke free home- ask any questions! All offers considered!
