Ann Taylor Dress sized Xtra Small Petite. Black with purple,tan, & cream flowers

This dress is brand new. I couldn't try it on when I bought it and it's too small in the bust. The neck has a small draping that hangs down a little and over all the dress fits snug but looks gorgeous. I am including a picture of the tag that tells what it's made of.
