Ann Taylor Dress

This size 8 dress is very unique. It has a sheer layer that has matching print on the first layer as shown on the third pic. It has belt loops for a thin belt but it is not included in the sale. Has great detail on the front, collar and cuffs. It does run a little small in the chest area and this is the reason I am selling.
