This adorable Ann Taylor XS blue and white cross over short sleeve top has a white background with splatters of blue. It's mostly a navy blue. It's in very good used condition with no flaws, stains or pilling. It has some ruching where the top crosses over at the side. 94% rayon, 6% spandex. Machine Wash cold. I love this shirt!
