Chic black short sleeve tweed dress with button trim. Classic, refined design and a nod to chanel. Very good quality and new with tags. Size is 00P but could be worn by non-petites who want it to wear like a true mini dress. I find Ann Taylor sizing to run slightly larger in most items and I tend to buy 00 there where I would buy a 0 other places.
