Ann Taylor Black & White Polka Dot Flutter Sleeve Top

Black and White polka dot print blouse from Ann Taylor. Has round neck with flutter sleeves. Pullover (with a 6 1/2 " opening with button closure in back). Lightweight silky fabric (100% rayon). FLAT measurements: approx 18" armpit to armpit; approx 22 1/2 inches long from top of shoulder; sleeves are approx 22" long. I purchased new at the Ann Taylor store and only wore it a few times, so it's in excellent condition - no rips or stains. This top transitions well from work to evening. Could wear it with a skirt or slacks and then change to a pair of jeans.
