gabioliva I would say they run true to size. I am a size 9 comfortably and the 8.5 is snug for me. They were part of an auction and not my personal closet, so I would not know for sure. Trying them on, they are adjustable in width, obviously by the straps. Google may be your best friend in research of sizing.
