Perfectly VINTAGE this skirt is long and lined to keep you warm on chilly fall or winter days. Plaid with red, brown, orange and tan. Size tag has been removed, see measurements in photos and below. Waist laying flat 14” which is size 6 (I wear 6 and it’s a little tight but I have a very straight/square waist🤨) Length 37” It looks like it’s meant to be worn high on the waist. Smoke free home
