grammyshammy Is this fabric lightweight or is it a little heavier, returns to original form after stretched? Could I make a skirt out of it?

stitchnbeegood @grammyshammy no spandex in it for recovery like an athletic knit but would be a great material for a knit skirt, I would think. It is very soft. Medium weight.
