EUC (worn once) romper purchased from Nordstrom. Top has bubble sleeves (can wear on or off shoulder) and is yoked (stretchy). Back is tied so very customizable to your size. Shorts are 3 inch inseam and pretty short for me but I have a long torso. So cute!!
