Is the top smocked? Any damage?

@kjangelos hi, yes, the top both front and back is smocked. There are no flaws and it is really cute. The only other thing I should have included would be the bottom is a little see through- not completely but for me, I would wear something under it. I wore as a beach cover up so it wasn’t an issue but if wearing as a dress, I wanted to mention since not obvious in photos. It is not sheer but slightly transparent if that makes sense.
