Andrew Marc Black Top with Ruffled Sleeves

I think this shirt is so cute with the ruffly sleeves. It gives the shirt a little extra flair! From arm pit to hem is approximately 11 inches. The sleeves come to the wrists and have a stretchy bottom to them. There are no tags, but it is new.
