cmlake23 @jsarriera am 5’5” and had to wear 4 inch heels with this. The gown was still grazing the floor (so assume it would fit someone 5’10”). I didn’t get it hemmed / altered. I generally wear a 27/28 in pants. The gown is meant to be a little oversized and then cinched with the rope. Fabric would be ok to have altered I believe.
