Fleur de lis 1970's vintage coasters with gold ware by Andrea Sadek. Set of 5 coasters featuring a fleur-de-lis design and gold trim handily stored in a golden wire frame basket. Could be used as mini snack dishes for nuts, butter pats, sauces, or coasters. Made by Andrea by Sadek, these fine porcelain mini dishes or coasters have been designed and executed with the high quality standards that have been the symbol of the legendary Andrea craftsmanship for four generations. The company was founded in 1936 by Norman and Charles Sadek, and the brand name “Andrea” is named after Charles’ daughter. ~ Marked on the backsides: “6269” ~ Made in Japan Basket measures approximately: 4" diameter x 2.25" H (without handle). Each mini dish measures: 3.75" diameter. Pre-owned, very good vintage condition - minor age/use fading wear seen in center on some fleur de lis flowers on some of the plates- see photos and description for complete details.
