Anchor Hawking Mid Century Crystal Captains's Decanter 12" Tall

Beautiful mid century diamond cut captain's decanter. All searches online lead me to believe that it is by Anchor Hawking from the 1960s/70s, but I have not found a way to confirm age. One tiny chip is shown in the pictures - please inspect carefully! Vintage items are imperfect and show signs of having been loved. 12" tall with stopper in place. 6" across the base.
