Game issued means that it was made to be used in game but being as it isn’t game worn, no numbers were put on it for a specific player and it wasn’t customized. Game-issued means the team prepared the jersey for the player's use, but the players never used it during a game. In another words, it’s an unused game jersey. (An explanation was asked for)
