This is a vintage NWT 2 pocket heavy Jacket.
Anage embroidery jackets were all the rage of fashionistas in the 80's! This one is especially awesome & whimsical too with 13 Zoo animals!
There's a few tiny holes on the inner silky lining of the left panel that in no way affect the jacket's integrity. It is barely noticeable as I did not even see it until I was taking up-close pictures.

I listed this jacket as a size large based on the measurements and the fact that it fits me perfectly and I am currently a size 14(😒 working on getting back to a size 10😏). The actual tag says size small but it is obviously not a size small.
