duckydaydreams Hi! These are average comfy for boots. The lower heel is good and the sole is flexible. There is not a ton of cushion. They are not a wider with - definitely better for a medium width, especially if you like to wear thicker socks. There is no peeling inside. Thanks for asking and hope this helps! 😊
