@abbyburkett hi. Yes it is. No flaws. I’ve never worn it. It’s just wrinkled from being in the garment bag. I bought it for my sisters wedding. I was one of the bridesmaids but the wedding was cancelled due to the pandemic. I will send you more pictures and videos tomorrow. :)
