Amethyst Heart Ring Size 10

This ring is a lovely silver ring with a design around the stone and a heart shaped amethyst colored stone. Size 10. EUC. Barely worn. Please note that I’m not a jewelry expert and I do not know what may be real or not. Everything posted is just my estimate/guess. I will do my best to gain accurate descriptions and measurements (I do have a ring measurement tool).
