American flag shorts

No longer fits my hips anymore, so it's your gain. On myself when I wore them they were pretty booty short length on me I'm about 5'10, but I'm unsure on where they'd reach on someone else. Size in picture.(cause I honestly don't know what that size converts to I just want to be honest with it)
