American Vintage Shirt waist dress cream with hearts all over size small

charmingly retro with a shawl collar, button-up shirt waist design, and an adorable heart polka dot print on a creamy backdrop. Hearts are blue, purple, green and pink. Short sleeved with slits on the back of cuffs. Four wooden front buttons. Lovely V at the waist, pockets at each side then a very full circular skirt. Dress is kind of sheer, may need a slip underneath. Unfortunately, no tags on this dress so please follow the measurements carefully.
