American Vintage Peter Popovitch Frog Skirt and Scarf, 28 Waist Full twirly skirt in frog pattern with built-in drawstring and buttons down the front. In very good condition. Matching head/hair scarf or neck scarf is included. This is a treasure straight from the vintage goldmines. A matching piece of fabric is threaded through the belt loops. The drawstring has silver-tone tips on the end. The button on the inside of the waistband matches the buttons down the front of the skirt. These buttons are an almost translucent purple with silver-tone metal on the outside edges. The skirt has a crisp pleating throughout that blossoms into fullness when you twirl. And why wouldn't you twirl in this skirt? The skirt has been laundered a few times more frequently than the matching scarf. The scarf is like new.
