American Rag printed cutout top

Super cute and comfy top in great condition. Only worn a couple of times. The top has cute little mini Pom poms around the edge of the sleeves, neckline and back. The back has a slit down it, with a tie at the top, giving it a little edge. Elastic waist. Had a somewhat lose, airy fit. Last pic is me getting my grub on in Rome while wearing the top lol 🍝 You can see how the cutouts on the sleeves look :)
