Size 8 to 12 is my best guess. That's what I've been between, 13. It has an elastic waist. @mannajoy

Hi @mannajoy Yes. It's a large. The waist streches so I imagine so. I've literally worn in twice. Once around size 12 or 13 and then, when I was around a size 10.
