American Rag Blouse. Cream colored with florals. Quarter sleeved, light and flowy material. Draw string under bust to tie a bow. Laced up back. Back of blouse is longer than front. Really pretty! It’s pretty low cut, so I safety pinned it. (There is a teeny tiny hole from the safety pin, so I’m taking off a little extra from the price). Only worn twice.
