heidizme @sammyg86 I thought smaller would you like me to measure one or two of them?? If you tell my your normal.size I'll measure that and one size up. It might not be until tomorrow morning my husband went to bed and I'm afraid I'll wake him up if that's ok

sammyg86 @heidizme oh that’s no problem at all! Thank you so much! I’m usually an XL, but sometimes XXL, it’s tricky with those two sizes lol! I’m hoping to be down to a L around 4th of July 😊... if you don’t mind, maybe measure the XL? I’ll measure an XL of mine and we can match them up? I like the longer length with shirts... thanks again 😍🌸💖🌺🦋💜💕

kellen_clark @sammyg86 @heidizme - I live in Houston -best cancer & female doctors in the world. I work in the medical center. I'm 47, have always been in great health & recently found out my ovaries are riddled with cysts. This is common in 75% of women approaching menopause. You're lucky if you don't get them.
Jun 23Reply
kellen_clark
kellen_clark @sammyg86 @heidizme - These cysts produce bad hormones that make you sick. I've opted to have a total hysterectomy...just about everyone that has had this procedure has loved it. All of the brain fog, mood swings, lethargy & cramping disappears. I am looking forward to mine.

heidizme @kellen_clark oh wow that's good to know.. I know my autoimmune issues on top of that dont help either...thanks for the info!!💚💜🧡❤💙

kellen_clark
kellen_clark @heidizme My mother had autoimmune disorder & lived to her 70's. She passed last year from aggressive cancer. She chose not to have chemotherapy...she was tired of fighting. She passed in hospice in her sleep.
Jun 23Reply
sammyg86
sammyg86 @kellen_clark I use to work in hospice, and I swear by it. I loved taking care of my patients there, they all were so kind. I’m 33 and haven’t yet found my “Prince Charming” to have kids with. I hate to think I’m approaching menopause, but I love to be informed! So thank you for that information.
Jun 23Reply
sammyg86
sammyg86 @kellen_clark I had no idea! Once I got diagnosed with lupus a couple months ago, I’ve been so worried to say the least. On top of the other two autoimmunes, it sort of feels like a lifelong prison sentence .... admire all of you!!!
Jun 23Reply
kellen_clark
kellen_clark @sammyg86 I only had 1 child at 25. I tested positive for PCOS in my early 30's during perimenopause, which lasted for 10 years.
Jun 23Reply
sammyg86
sammyg86 @kellen_clark oh geez, I’m sorry 😔... do you eat a specific diet? Or have an exercise routine you like? I got pregnant when I was and miscarried when I was 28. It was a devastating time of my life. I just want to have that chance again ☺️💝
Jun 23Reply
kellen_clark
kellen_clark @sammyg86 I have a lot of allergies, which just started in the last couple of years, so I eat protein, veggies & low glycemic fruits. I work out 5 days per week, but no running or high impact to protect back, joints & knees. Now it's rowing, recumbent biking, walking & weight training @ 30 mins a day.

kellen_clark @sammyg86 I use an app called Female Fitness & modify the exercises to my own level.
