American Eagle Size 2 Short Women's Jeans - Ne(x)t Level Stretch

These American Eagle jeans are a size 2 short. They are Ne(x)t Level Stretch. The jeans look like they are in good condition. However, it looks like the denim is starting to wear out in between the legs (see pictures). This may be able to be fixed. There is some ruffling (not sure how else to call it) on each leg near the zipper (see pictures).
