Preppy and adorable. This mini skirt is a light shade of blue and features heavy pleats. It’s high rise and has reasonably sized side pockets. It is zippered in the back with an interior button clasp. The material is moderately stiff, but it offers a slight bit of give around the waist. This skirt does NOT have lining underneath.
