American Eagle Outfitters Women's Blue Distressed Mini Skirt

Trendy distressed denim mini skirt. Features frayed hem and classic blue wash. Perfect for casual wear. Condition is good, but there is one small white spot on the back of the skirt as shown in last picture which I'm not so sure if it's supposed to be there or not since it's a distress type of denim skirt Would say it's like 14 1/2 to 15 inch waist across the front .
