American Eagle Outfitters NWT V-neck Maroon Polka Dot Dress Size Medium

Brand new with tags American Eagle dress size M in maroon with white polka dots and a fun strappy halter-type back. Lightweight and flowy. Approx 1-in of hem stitching is loose but does not hang below dress (please see pic). It just needs to be stitched a little to prevent threading from coming out. I only noticed it when I was ironing the dress. Very cute dress you just need to slip over your head and you’re ready to go! Measurements are approximate and lying flat.
