American Eagle Outfitters Brown Maxi Dress

NWT AMERICAN EAGLE- womens size XL. Wonderful boho style brown maxi dress with a sleeveless top with ties for shoulder straps. No pockets. Pit to pit 22.5” at top of chest across band. From there it has an extremely flowy and full skirt giving you a Princessy vibe in this 100% cotton maxi dress. Hits above ankles. Brown with slightly worn in look. 52” wide at widest part around knee area. 45” long not counting straps. Soft, thick, sturdy, great cotton material. Bought from AE in May 2025 as a summer dress but would be excellent for fall with denim jacket or cardigan. Was too hot in my part of Texas to wear this summer. Smoke free home.
