American Eagle High Rise size 8 Ripped Jeans

Fairly new jeans. Worn them many times, the rips may be a bit bigger than when they were first bought. No stains, and there is stretch to them too. I can’t remember what specific style these are but the legs are baggy. No stains. They are faded black and like most black jeans from American Eagle they have that smoky smell to them so no I wasn’t around a camp fire with these jeans
