90s style velvet mini skirt from American Eagle! This skirt is made of AEO's super stretch fabric and has a high rise fit. I never wore it, but tried it on, and it was super stretchy and comfy without looking sloppy. Cute for fall and winter! Has some light lint from the velvet material and sitting in my closet that can be lint rolled. Offers considered!
