Amazon/ BTFBM Women's Flutter Sleeve Flowy A Line Tiered Dress NWT Size XXL Black Surprisingly (to me) great dress from Amazon. The sleeves and skirt are a crisp, cotton-like material. Bodice is knit. I am generally a size 18, 5'6" and the XXL fit me well. I decided not to keep bc I have a navy dress almost exactly like this and really don't need 2.
