Hey friends. I remember Grandad telling me exactly where and when he was when Pearl Harbor was attacked. My Mom and Dad? Their key generational memory was Kennedy getting shot. For my peers, Gen X, it was 9-11-2001. I was working nights, and I slept with a little TV on for white noise during the day. I remember coming half lucid and thinking what a wierd movie must be playing so I pulled myself out of the dream. The first tower was burning and for a while I was sure it was a new disaster film and I was having a "War of the worlds" moment. Then the second plane hit and I still can't think too long about it. I cry every frickin' time. Everything changed. Forever changed. I wonder how much of that poisons our minds still. This is an all black tribute cover slabbed by PSA as 9.6 and holy smokes these guys are strict.
